R. Olson, P.C., I am engaged in a nationwide occupational safety and health
law practice that includes the representation of mine operators and
independent contractors before the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review
Commission and in federal courts in cases contesting citations, orders, and
penalties, including discrimination cases. I also represent employers in
litigation within the jurisdiction of the Occupational Safety and Health
Review Commission and corresponding state plan adjudicatory agencies.
Additionally, I practice general mining law, including the drafting and
review of agreements related to the exploration, development, operation,
and reclamation of mining properties.
My goal is to develop long-term client relationships based on close
