At the law firm of Timothy R. Olson, P.C., I am
engaged in a nationwide practice that includes the representation of mine
operators and independent contractors before the Federal Mine Safety and
Health Review Commission and in federal courts in cases contesting
citations, orders, and penalties, including discrimination cases. I
also represent employers in litigation within the jurisdiction of the
Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and corresponding state
plan adjudicatory agencies.
